How long does shipping take?
Orders are delivered within 5–12 business days and are fully tracked. You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped so you can follow it every step of the way.
Is shipping free?
Yes — shipping is free on all orders. No minimum order value, no hidden fees.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us at support@krauno.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so the sooner you reach out the better. We respond within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your delivery. You can also track your order anytime using our order tracking page.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at support@krauno.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Products must be returned in the same condition and original packaging. We cover all return shipping costs — no restocking fees, no hidden charges. You’ll receive a prepaid return label within 12 hours of your request.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
What is the return deadline once I initiate a return?
Once a return is initiated, your items must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days. Items that arrive after this window may be refused.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry to hear that! Email support@krauno.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — return shipping is covered by us.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t process direct exchanges. Simply return your original order for a full refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Do sale and clearance items follow the same return policy?
Yes. All items — including sale and clearance products — are fully returnable under the same 30-day return policy. No exceptions.
Products & Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All KRAUNO products include a 1-year manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
What is the 60-day money-back guarantee?
Select products come with a 60-day money-back guarantee, giving you more time to test the product in your actual work, sleep, or recovery routine. These products are clearly marked on their product page.
If it doesn’t deliver for you by day 60, we’ll refund you in full — no questions asked.

Is my payment information secure?
