How to Return an Item

If you’re not happy with your purchase, email us at support@krauno.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Products must be returned in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging.

  • We cover all return shipping costs — no restocking fees, no hidden charges.
  • You’ll receive a prepaid return label within 12 hours of your request.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Extended Guarantee

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Certain products come with a 60-day money-back guarantee, giving you more time to test in your actual work, sleep, or recovery routine. These products are clearly marked on their product page.

If it doesn’t deliver by day 60, we’ll refund you in full.


Deadlines

Return Deadlines

Once a return is initiated, your items must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days. Items that arrive after this window may be refused.


Damaged Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received something broken, defective, or wrong? Report it within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll issue a replacement or full refund at no cost. Return shipping is on us.

Sale & Clearance Items

All items — including sale and clearance products — follow the same 30-day return policy. No exceptions.


Warranty

1-Year Manufacturing Warranty

All KRAUNO products include a 1-year manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.

  • Covered: Defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Not covered: Damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Exchanges

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. Return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
